Service Description

The early morning club is a complete Yoga class, with Centering to allow you to come into your body, a gentle warm up and into some strength building poses. All classes end with a short Savasana.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours before a class. After that time no cancellations are possible and credits will not be refunded. Sound Baths, Workshops, Retreats and Events are non refundable.
