MY STORY ABOUT STRESS

Yoga is proven to help with all these issues!  Come and join me twice a week either early morning on Tuesday and Thursday 7.30 to 8.00am.   These Zoom sessions are designed to undo the damage of our modern lifestyle. Come and stretch and renew your body and mind.  Build strength, improve flexibility, de-stress the mind and begin to feel amazing with my short 30 minute antidote to modern working life.

All classes will start and finish on time and don't worry if you can't make it due to an overrunning meeting - all classes are recorded so you can catch up in your own time.

Yoga & Go - Early mornings are suitable for everyone.  For a monthly cost of just £25 you get two classes every week, recordings for replay are shared with everyone shortly after each class finishes, and remain available to replay for 7 days.

As a New Bonus - all members access a private area of the website with a growing library of classes which can be played at anytime on demand! A secret monthly password will be shared with the replays.

All classes use the same Zoom link and there is no booking required. The link will be provided once payment has been received.
