My Classes

All my classes are a based on Hatha Yoga, with some Vinyasa (flowing) sections.  We always start with 5 to 10 minutes of centering and breathing, followed by a gentle warm up and into the main Yoga section.  We always cool down with some deep stretches and finally all classes end with a relaxation.  

Beginners are always welcome. If you would like to discuss joining your first class, please do feel free to email or message me.  I can answer any questions, explain how the classes operate, what to expect and what to wear etc. 

COVID and The Location for Classes

Due to COVID - all classes are currently being offered online, using Zoom.  From 19th May Wednesday morning classes will be held in the Coronation Hall in  East Grafton.    You will need a laptop, Mac or iPad to access the Zoom classes.

When attending a remote Zoom class please note:

Please take extra special care during these classes to look after yourself!  It is impossible to provide the same level of care remotely when teaching over live web stream. My view of you is restricted to a small window and therefore whilst I will try to guide you safely into and out of every pose with both visual and verbal cues I cannot be responsible for your safety.  

If you feel any sharp pain in a joint please back out carefully and change position to soften the pose or take a rest in child's pose.

                   - Yoga & go! - Breakfast Club - 7.30am to 8.00am (ZOOM)

                   - Sun Downer   - 6.30pm to 7.30pm (ZOOM)

                                                (30 minutes Vinyasa Flow and 30 minutes Restorative)

Wednesday: 

                    - Hatha Yoga for All - 9.30am to 10.30am East Grafton Coronation Hall

                    - Gentle Hatha Yoga - 11.00am to 12.00pm East Grafton Coronation Hall

Thursday:  

                   - Yoga & go! - Breakfast Club- 7.30am to 8.00am (ZOOM)

                   - Monthly Sun Downer - Restorative Class 6.00 -7.00pm (Stable Yoga)

Friday:      

                 - Feel Good Friday Yoga 9.30am to 10.30am (ZOOM)

Saturday: Stable Yoga Studio 

                 - Mostly for Men - 9.15am to 10.30am  - This class is open to ladies too!

PAYMENTS

Payment for classes is done through the purchase of credits.  The more credits you buy, the lower the cost of each class. Credits can be purchased through the mobile APP booking system. To get set up on the booking system please contact me with your new student form.  Credits can be purchased through BookyWay on the APP or by clicking on the logo below-once your account has been activated.

 

Credits are automatically updated on your BookyWay account. 

Yoga and Go operates on a monthly cost of £25 for access to all classes. Subscription includes recording for 7 days of playback. Please see Buy Memberships to purchase Yoga & Go .

If you are new to Timmy B Yoga, then please email your new student form to me and I will then set up your BookyWay account. BookyWay is our class booking system. 

If you are an existing client, then please use the BookyWay button below to book your place on any of my classes, or tap on your BookyWay App on your phone.

When you book a class, one credit is subtracted from your balance. You can cancel a class up to 2 hours before the start time.  All Zoom classes can be booked up to one hour before the start.  You will then receive the link for the zoom class by email 30-45 minutes before the start time.
