My Classes

All my classes are a based on Forrest Yoga, a variation on Hatha Yoga, with some Vinyasa (flowing) sections.  We always start with 5 to 10 minutes of centering and breathing, followed by a gentle warm up, Abdominals and into the main Yoga section.  We always cool down with some deep stretches and finally all classes end with Savasana - a relaxation of 5 to 10 minutes.  

Beginners are always welcome. If you would like to discuss joining your first class, please do feel free to email or message me.  I am always happy to answer any questions, explain how the classes operate, what to expect, what you need to bring and what to wear etc. Mats and props can be provided.

               - Private 1-2-1 sessions available, one weekly session currently available

                 - Mostly for Men - 9.15am - 10.30am - Stable Yoga Studio & ZOOM

                      This Forrest Inspired class is open to ladies and couples too!

                                                   

My Saturday Mostly for Men classes are based in the stunning studio at Stable Yoga in Kintbury and on Zoom.

CLASS PASSES and PAYMENTS

Classes can be purchased individually, or via a package of class passes.  The more you buy the cheaper the class.  Class passes expire after 2 or 4 months depending on the number you purchase. 

When you book a class, one pass credit is subtracted from your balance. You can cancel a class up to 3 hours before the start time and it will be returned, after that time no refunds are available.  If you have trouble booking please message me on the mobile.  For all Zoom sessions you will receive the link for the zoom class by email 30-45 minutes before the start time.

The Early Morning Club - Yoga and Go operates on a monthly cost of £30 for access to all classes. Subscription includes recording for 7 days of playback. Please see Buy Memberships to purchase Yoga & Go .

 

Booking using the APP.  If you would prefer to use a mobile APP to book, please first of all set up a log in on the website using your email address and a password.  Once you have that set up, go to your APP store and download the Fit by Wix APP (be careful as there are a few Wix Apps).  Log in using the same email address and password as the website, and then for first time use only, you need to enter an invite code which is NZSFZJ  - then you can book, cancel, buy credits etc, all on the APP.
