Christmas Restorative, Yin & Yoga Nidra
Taking time for yourself to relax and recharge before Christmas
Service Description
Join me for a wonderful unwind for your mind, body and spirit. We will start with some Qi Gong then slow down through a couple of Yin poses into a long Reiki infused restorative practice finishing with a Yoga Nidra. I will take your mind and body on a journey from yang to a very relaxed yin state. Remember to bring all your props, cushions, pillows, bolsters and blankets. Refreshments will be served afterwards.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 3 hours before a class. After that time no cancellations are possible and credits will not be refunded. Sound Baths, Workshops, Retreats and Events are non refundable.
